AIC RRCAT PI-HUB FOUNDATION (AIC π-Hub), a Section 8 company of the Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, was established at RRCAT Indore and is poised to be a world-class Incubator with state-of-the-art facilities for innovation and incubation activities in the domain of deep-tech innovations, with a special focus on laser, particle accelerator and related technologies. AIC π-Hub will be supported by the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Government of India.  AIC π-Hub invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions. The details are as follows:

 How to apply:

Selection Process:

a) Screening Process

Received applications will be reviewed, and those that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected. Shortlisting of eligible applicants will be based on academic performance, expertise, and experience. Depending on the number of applications received, a screening exam may be conducted at AIC π-Hub to further shortlist candidates for the interview.

b) Interview and Selection

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal, face-to-face interview by a selection committee appointed by the Board of Directors, AIC π-Hub. A merit list will be prepared solely based on interview performance. Interview travel fare will not be reimbursed. However, outstation candidates may be provided with guest house accommodation upon request. The candidate ranking first in the merit list will be provisionally selected for the positions. A waiting list will be created based on the remaining candidates in order of merit.

c) Offer and Transition

A formal employment offer will be made to the selected candidate only after reaching a mutual understanding of the joining date and other terms and conditions. The selected candidate will be given a reasonable transition period (up to 2 months) between jobs, if necessary, as per mutually agreed terms.

d) Selection Decision

The decision of AIC π-Hub regarding selection and recruitment shall be final.

  1. This is NOT an appointment in a Government
  2. It is a self-financed Centre and appointment is purely on a CONTRACT basis.
  3. CANVASSING IN ANY FORM SHALL BE A DISQUALIFICATION.
