June 17, 2025: AIC π-Hub signs Partnership MoU with MII Foundation

AIC RRCAT PI-HUB FOUNDATION and Medicaps Innovation and Incubation (MII) Foundation signed an MoU to promote technology translations and establish a sustainable startup ecosystem on June 17, 2025 at Medicaps University Indore. The MoU was signed by Dr. Anurag S D Rai, CEO, AIC π-Hub and Mr. Palash Garg, Director, MII Foundation. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr. C. P. Paul, Head, AIC π-Hub; Mr. C. S. Mandloi; and Mrs. Priyanka Thakur, Office Executive on the behalf of AIC π-Hub RRCAT and Prof. (Dr.) D. K. Patnaik, Vice Chancellor; Prof. (Dr.) P. Siluvainathan, Registrar; Prof. (Dr.) Ram Bansal, Incubation Manager, MII Foundation; Dr. Satendra Singh, Consultant, DST-Technology Enabling Centre; Prof Shilpa Tripathi, Dean of Students Affairs; and Ms. Khushbu Pandey, Incubation Executive, MII Foundation on behalf of Medicaps University, Indore.

This partnership is designed to bridge critical gaps in the startup ecosystem, particularly for early-stage entrepreneurs and innovators from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. By combining the grassroots development vision of MII Foundation with the scientific excellence and infrastructure of AIC π-Hub at RRCAT, we aim to unlock new opportunities for startups working in deep-tech, clean-tech, and emerging technologies.

The MoU paves the way for high-impact joint initiatives including industry-focused deeptech acceleration programs, technology scouting and deployment efforts, startup bootcamps, and technical exchange programs between RRCAT and the innovation ecosystem of Medi-Caps University. Both institutions expressed their commitment to long-term cooperation and a shared vision for strengthening India’s deeptech and research commercialization landscape.
